Loving Room brings local performers and music lovers with a mission to provide intimate and inspiring experiences in beautiful cosy spaces. Because who doesn't want to discover new locations and upcoming talent all in the same space at the same time?

Jij, schat, op zoek naar een avond vol magie, dit is hem. Op 27 juni 2025, in OBA Roelof Hartplein, 430 Roelof Hartplein, 1071 TT, Amsterdam, maak je klaar voor een ervaring waarbij je je gezien en gehoord voelt. Birkit, een ware meester in het improvisatievak, zal ter plekke liedjes creëren, puttend uit de energie van het publiek om muziek te maken die spreekt tot de essentie van wie je bent. Ze neemt de getalenteerde Jörgen Boots mee, wiens keyboard (en misschien gitaar) de ervaring zal verrijken. Met haar feelgooddeuntjes over manifestatie en geluk is Birkit de perfecte artiest om je in de stemming te brengen om je goed te voelen, schat. Maar wacht, met je kaartje krijg je meer dan alleen de magie van Birkit. Je zult ook genieten van Bieke, wiens filmische popsound oprechte teksten combineert met een filmische touch. Haar liedjes, geboren uit haar ervaring als verpleegkundig groepstherapeut, bieden diepe, persoonlijke reflecties die het publiek een gevoel van gedeelde menselijkheid geven. Bieke legt verwerking vast in Nederlandse filmische pop. Ze plaatst haar ervaringen als verpleegkundig groepstherapeut in de GGZ naast haar eigen proces als cliënt, waardoor een uniek perspectief ontstaat. Wat komt naar voren? We gaan allemaal door het gevoel heen Praten en delen maakt ruimte voor groei, ook al moet je soms door shit heen. 2024 sprint Bieke uit de startblokken en brengt nummers uit van haar debuut EP “RUMENS” die gedraaid worden op nationale en lokale radio en TV. 3voor12 Utrecht nomineert “Ik Projecteer” als Utrechtse Song Van Het Jaar en belandt op plek 5 in de 030 top 30. Haar band wordt datzelfde jaar nog opgericht, speelt de eerste show voor de Pinguin Radio Showcase en doet mee aan Clash Of The Titans 2025. De feedback is lovend, de jury denkt dat ze al jaren samenspelen en speelt in de Wildcardronde. Bieke speelt op 22 april in de finale van Songs For Freedom voor Bevrijdingsfestival Utrecht. Bieke zet zich in voor toegankelijke geestelijke gezondheidszorg en is een van de oprichters van de Right to Mental Health Foundation.

Birkit is een zanger en improvisator die ter plekke liedjes creëert die je herinneren aan je essentie en manifestatiekracht. In Nederland in het Nederlands, buiten Nederland in het Engels. Ze vertelt haar liedjes zoals ze komen, met jou als inspiratie! Bewust van hoe onze repetitieve gedachten werken, koos Birkit ervoor om muziek te gebruiken als het creëren van een gevoel van geluk en de toekomst die we willen ervaren. Haar liedjes maken je blij en porren je soms in je zij. Ook tijdens deze avond (het is haar verjaardag!) zal ze, naast het zingen van haar nieuwste liedjes, ter plekke liedjes voor je creëren. Begeleid door de getalenteerde toetsenist Jörgen Boots, die misschien ook wel zijn gitaar meeneemt 😉 Een feelgood concert met liedjes die passen bij wie jij echt bent.

I've been to several of these events in the past year, and my favorite was the first one. The dancing and the atmosphere made it feel like we all knew each other, creating a fun experience. It feels like friends coming together for jam sessions at the end, which is really sweet. Another aspect I appreciate is having professional musicians involved, keeping the quality high. Overall, I really, really enjoyed the experience. I can't wait to go again!
My flatmate is a singer and she performs at loving room regularly, so I came here to support her. I liked my flatmate’s performance very much but also the third singer Abigael. She made me so emotional, I am really impressed. She was very open about her experiences and she shared quite some deep details. And then her music. I don’t speak Spanish, but it was just beautiful. Her last song was in English and it made me cry. The space is really nice too, I ordered a burger, its tasty and overall its cozy. I didn’t plan to stay for long, but I am already here longer than expected and I am not planning to leave.
I was looking for events online to go with my boyfriend and I saw this one and I thought it’s a nice one to go. I was not expecting the artists would be so good, and now I love it. My favorite artist was the third one, and I am definitely going to follow her on spotify. Personally, I love everything here honestly, also the atmosphere here. You told me you do it in different cafes, and its going to be a different experience every time, so far I love it.
I think it's funny, when I walked in I thought, oh, is this a meeting place? Is this a supermarket or an organic store? But I really like this. It's just something I've never experienced before.
I was thrilled with the idea of incorporating culture, which attracted more young people. I love connecting with people of all ages, seeing different faces, and enjoying the diverse music from around the world. It's a perfect match for us, gathering in the garden with people from Portugal, Syria, Turkey, Tunisia, and more. When I feel down after watching the news, coming here, hearing the music, and seeing young faces cheers me up.
