20:00-20:40 : Luis Felipe Melo
As Animal Du, Amsterdam-based musician Luis F. Melo shapes a sonic landscape where ambient, psychedelic, chillwave, and dream pop converge. Drawing inspiration from moments of solitude and introspection, his music resonates with an atmospheric depth that is both intimate and cinematic. Collaborating with longtime partner Walt Navarrete, Animal Du crafts layered soundscapes of shimmering synths, delicate guitar textures, hypnotic bedroom electronica beats, and a gentle yet evocative vocal presence. The result is a sound that invites listeners into a contemplative and immersive journey—music for those who find beauty in quiet, dreamlike spaces.

21:00-21:40 : Julia Mandoki
Julia Mandoki is a vocalist, songwriter, music producer and consciousness researcher with Hungarian roots, based in Amsterdam. She is a senior lecturer at the Abbey Road Institute for psychoacoustics, composition and sound theory and works in women’s health advocacy. With a love for surrealism and authenticity, she artist blends broken one take recordings and traditional folklore scales with big vocal stacks, creating a unique style. After more than a decade on the road as a session vocalist and studio engineer, Julia settled in Amsterdam to turn inward — working in abortion care and woman's right advocacy by day, and carving out songs at night. Her debut album, The Dark Side of the Womb (out November 28, 2025), is a true concept record digging into gender oppression, mental health, and animism. Independent and unpolished, its B-side collects one-takes that capture the lost female Syd Barrett she carries inside. Julia grew into a sound that bends between alt-pop directness and psychedelic-folk. She records everything herself — vintage moods, no quantisation, minimal polish. Her lyrics lean into radical vulnerability and unorthodox honesty. A pond of strange matter and good hope. She says: “Songs are

22:00-22:40 : Rose & The Bass
Straight out of Amsterdam, Rose & The Bass is the funky alter ego of bassist Rosan Asmussen. After her debut An African Tale (recorded in Mozambique), she’s back with her second album Funkadelic. The funk of Prince, the slap bass of Marcus Miller, and Daft Punk-style synths with a wink to the '80s. Website: rosanasmussen.nl/epk-rose-the-bass A bit more about Rose: Bassist Rosan Asmussen built her career between New York and the Netherlands, performing with the American band Blac Rabbit, touring with Laura Newman, and collaborating with artists such as Abbey Hoes and The Voice winner Iris Kroes. For her debut album An African Tale, she traveled to Mozambique, where she immersed herself in African rhythms and cultures. Her musical boldness didn’t go unnoticed: Alain Clark named her a local talent, and through her platform Rosan’s Bass World, she gained international recognition — earning endorsements from Sandberg Guitars and EICH Amplification, and features in leading bass publications like De Bassist, No Treble, Bass Magazine, and Low End Nation. To celebrate the release of her very first vinyl, Rose is now touring the Netherlands with her band
